Who am I, and what is my approach to helping people
I’m a fierce believer in instilling hope, joy, and balance into my clients’ lives. I believe in encouraging my clients to embrace their best self and live a life of purpose. I have special interest in play therapy and helping clients navigate their anxiety and depression with expressive arts.
I desire to walk alongside you as you find your purpose, identity, faith, empowerment and overall well-being. I combine aspects such as fitness, nutrition, expressive arts, and mindfulness with clients.
I graduated from Texas Woman’s University in December 2017 with my MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I am also working towards my teaching certification for Psychotherapeutic Yoga- Yoga for the brain! My expected graduation date for this certification is February 2018.
